It is constituted of several laboratories, each regrouping a series of state-of-the-artand routine instruments which can be used to fabricate and characterize of microelectronic, micromecanic and solar devices. The objective of CoFaMic is to unite this impressive list of equipment under a single banner, using a centralized administration. The concentration of the equipments in common spaces will foster the generation of new partnerships, and favor the growth of CoFaMic. It will also facilitate the use of the infrastructure by all users, being academic or industrial. L\u2019infrastructure de recherche, actuellement disponible aux chercheurs de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al et aux membres du CoFaMic, est constitu\u00e9e de plusieurs laboratoires qui regroupent chacun une s\u00e9rie d\u2019appareils de haute performance et de routine permettant la fabrication et la caract\u00e9risation de dispositifs micro\u00e9lectroniques, \u00e9lectrom\u00e9caniques ou solaires.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les objectifs du CoFaMic sont de r\u00e9unir l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9quipements retrouv\u00e9s dans ces laboratoires avec un mode de gestion centralis\u00e9 et la concentration des \u00e9quipements dans des espaces communs afin de rendre l\u2019infrastructure plus accessible \u00e0 tous les chercheurs ainsi qu\u2019aux collaborateurs externes.
